School’s out for summer, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to forget your 1, 2, 3s and A, B, Cs. Just for fun, here’s a look at Grub Burger Bar from A to Z. Consider it our little summer school lesson.
Alcoholic Shakes. You read that right. You can try any of our delicious, handcrafted shakes with a boozy kick.
Bacon Love #9. The classic bacon burger gets a little something extra courtesy of our secret sauce #9. No, we won’t tell you what’s in it. We won’t even hint.
California Chicken Bowl. Laid-back and delicious with grilled chicken breast, bacon, black bean and corn medley, lettuce, Campari tomatoes, sprouts, queso fresco and ancho lime vinaigrette.
Draught Beer. Because great beer doesn’t have to come at a great cost.
Educated Guess. One of our favorite wines, this Napa Valley Cabernet boasts notes of blackberry, cherry, cocoa and hints of mint.
Five Dollar Rita. You get Sauza Silver Tequila, orange liqueur, orange and fresh lime juice — all for a Lincoln.

Hippie Chickpea. No meat? No problem! Our chickpea and eggplant burger is topped with roasted red pepper mayo, roasted red bell peppers, arugula, red onions, goat cheese and tabbouleh.

Jive Turkey Bowl. Get down and funky with a pesto-seasoned turkey burger, bacon, black bean and charred corn medley, lettuce, Campari tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, sprouts and ancho lime vinaigrette.
Kitchen Sink. With pretzels, peanut butter, salt, butterscotch sauce, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, coffee grounds and potato chips, this shake has everything but… well, you get it.
Lockheart Legend. Our most popular burger comes with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, Dr Pepper BBQ sauce, two onion rings and sliced dill pickles.
Mac n’ Cheeseburger. It’s a burger topped with mac ‘n’ cheese, cheese sauce and bacon. Need we say more?
Napa Salad. If you’re craving something on the lighter side, this salad features mixed greens, arugula, goat cheese, strawberries, black mission figs, toasted almonds and hazelnut vinaigrette.
Onion Rings. We hand-batter ours in Shiner Bock beer, fry them up and serve with house-made chipotle ketchup.
Patron Mango Rita. Go top-shelf with this fruity blend of Patron Silver Tequila, Patron Citronage Mango and fresh lime juice.
Queue-Hopping. No need to wait in line when you’re hungry for Grub. Place your order online or through the GrubLove app to have your meal ready and waiting for you when you walk in.
Real Food. We bake our buns from scratch every hour and we use a signature blend of 100% fresh ground beef for our burgers. To top it all off, all of our sauces and dressings are made in-house.
Split Decision. Hey, we get it. Sometimes it’s hard to choose a side. That’s why we let you have your choice of two. Choose between Skinny Fries, Sweets or Onion Rings.
Tabbouleh. It’s a Middle Eastern dish made with chopped mint and parsley, bulgur wheat, tomatoes, cucumber and lemon juice — and it’s amazing.
Unexpected Menu Items. Honestly, when was the last time you went to a burger joint and ordered a side of Brussels sprouts? Not a fan, you say? Just try ours. We roast them and then toss them in ancho lime vinaigrette and top with queso fresco.
Voo Doo Mushroom. Feeling adventurous? Then try this burger, which is topped with absinthe-sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese and Tabasco mayo.
Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries. Magically delicious, they’re known around Grub simply as “Sweets.”
XX Lager, served on draught. (You thought we’d drop the ball on the letter X, didn’t you?)
You’re My Boy Blue. This burger comes topped with crumbled bleu cheese, balsamic caramelized onions, tomato and arugula.
Zippy. Some like it hot, and we’re happy to bring the heat with our spicy Scorpion burger. For an extra kick, try it Inferno Style with our Scorpion sauce made with dried scorpion chiles that we grind in-house. Complete with an ice cream chaser. Trust us, you’re gonna need it.
