At Grub Burger Bar, we make it our mission to be extraordinary. That’s why we’re always working to bring you new menu items using the very best ingredients available. Luckily, our creative chefs are always scouting new flavor profiles and possibilities.
And so when it was time to introduce a new Market burger and shake for September and October, we decided that the best way to fill a tall order was with a tall order — literally.
This fall, we’re proud to introduce two vertically blessed Market Items.
First up is the Wagyu Burger. We take a hand-formed Wagyu patty and lightly season it with kosher salt and black pepper. Then we top that bad boy with Havarti, roasted garlic aioli, spinach, marinated grilled tomatoes and French-fried onions and serve it on a flax and chia-seed bun.
Big taste? You bet. But this is also one big burger. For best results, we don’t recommend eating this one on the go. Sit down and take your time to enjoy it. Trust us, you’ll need it.
Next up is the Red Velvet Cupcake Shake. It’s everything you love about red velvet cupcakes in a shake! We take half of a delicious red velvet cupcake and blend it into a shake, then top it with whipped cream and the other half of that cupcake. It’s rich, creamy and sure to satisfy that sweet tooth. With the toppings piled on so high, this is one dessert you’ll need to save a little extra room for.

Our new Brezel & Wurst is a German-inspired pretzel and sausage sandwich. You get a house-made sausage topped with peppers, onions, provolone and Dijonaise served on a made-from-scratch salted pretzel bun. Relive that summer studying abroad, or just enjoy the Old World flavors of this tasty ‘wich. Danke and bitte, right?
Next up, we’re bringing back our Sandlot shake and lighting it on fire. Made with burnt marshmallow syrup, graham cracker crumbs and mini chocolate chips and garnished with a Hershey’s bar and a burnt marshmallow, this sweet treat will have you remembering big adventures and childhood best friends. When we say summer is so close we can taste it, we mean that quite literally. We’re talking two new Deep South-inspired menu items guaranteed to put you in the mood for sweet tea on the front porch or cutting through the field out back to take a dip in the secret swimming hole. No matter where you call home, these menu items — available for a limited time in May and June — will transport your taste buds across the Mason-Dixon line.
First up, the Southerner. This Southern-fried chicken sandwich is decked out with pimento-style cheese spread, pickled Anaheim peppers, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato and smoked paprika mayo. Pair with our waffle-cut sweet potato fries or hand-battered onion rings for a perfect Southern-style supper.
Of course, no Southern meal is complete without dessert. You definitely want to save room for the Peach Pie, our newest handcrafted shake. Cool off and take it easy with the taste of sweet ripe peaches. It’s all topped with whipped cream and garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a big hunk of pie crisp.
So here’s to the start of a special season. Let’s make this the best summer yet.
To call the burger-and-shake combo a classic would be a huge understatement. In fact, it’s the foundation on which our menu is built.

We build our burgers using only high-quality ingredients, and our shakes highlight the kind of culinary creativity that makes you think, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
Looking for a new favorite? You’re in luck. Here’s a look at two of our featured Market menu items that are guaranteed to go above and beyond your expectations. Havana isn’t too far away with our Cuban Burger inspired by the traditional Cuban sandwich. It features a mojo-marinated pork patty topped with Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and caramelized onion mustard and is served on a garlic bun.
Meanwhile, our All Shook Up Shake is a concoction fit for a king. No, make that the King. For this shake, we blend together peanut butter, fresh-sliced bananas and candied bacon, then top it all off with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
